i was robbed at the sport hotel san vigilio in moena 2 march 2013

from 1-3 march i stayed in the  sport hotel san vigilio in moena italy. the whole hotel was booked by the party as many norwegians was there to cheer norwegians attending the world championchip of nordic games. while we was gone all day somebody got into the hotelroom and stole my electronic things from my bag.
i called my travelguide who came and we tried to contact the hotel emergency number since nobody works there at night.but nobody answered.so they said we had to wait til the next morning.
we tried calling many times the night.
others had looked themselfes out,didnt get any help besides from others on the trip that let them sleep in theire room.

i didnt get any sleep this night also thanks to no lock on the door. and knowing somebody was having a keycard that got them into my room.

finally thehotel manager answered the phone and said she would be there at 08 o clock.
they shecked theyre room system and found out the only one besides from us had been the maid in the room.
we then talked/argued with her for 2 hours + a trip to the policestation where there was only 1 policeman who couldnt speek english.

on the bus i told others about this and then they said they found strange things in there room but since nothing was stolen they didnt report it. altough even a bent keycard was found in one room but it  was in another hotel called dolomitti.

i was told my stuff probably was not going to be found and that i probably would get it back on my insurance.
i find it unbelievable that it was little interest in finding my things just because i had insurance.
there are sometimes possible to find stolen things, when organiced bands keep the things keep the things in theire cars,apartment, etc.
i just want my things back and i still hope to get them back.

the hotel has some security problems; -
-cardkeys with room number written on them
-no cameras on the floors
- no night watch
-no lock on the door

since it happend at theyre hotel with theyre security it is theire fault and they should pay or find my things.

besides from that the hotel was very nice,clean,balcony,very nice breakfast.

THING THAT WAS STOLEN:

- 1 white psp playstation portable player 3004 model. white sparkling paint.
little big planet background, toy story game. 2 sd micro card 16 gb with killzone game.
- 1 black jensen scandinavia media:link 1000 mini tv.8 gb internal memory.4,3 inch screen
had pictures,1 game of thrones episode,1 true blood episode,gymnastics episodes,
-1 jellow/black powermonkey charger.fully loaded.with psp adapter attached.
-1 white iphone earphones with mic

you who has stolen them will not be able to play them for long without the eletrical chargers.
they are also probably not worth much since they are a couple of years old,and without cords.
they are of more value to me.

if somebody tries to sell  you any of this please contant me, the hotel or the police.
